This very morning nine years ago, our sweet Betty quietly passed into the loving arms of Jesus, her Lord and Savior. It is hard to believe it has been nine years. Her children and I still miss her, as do hundreds if not thousands of others whose lives were impacted in such a beautiful way by her love and compassion.

Betty was an amazing woman. God clearly had a special assignment for her in heaven. One day there will be a very special reunion. Until then, we who remain on this side of eternity press on, to finish the race set before us and spread the awesome love of God wherever we go.
